How We Deliver Books to Students Across India — From Deoria to Your Doorstep

Step 1 — Your order comes in
The moment you place an order, our team gets notified. We check the order details — which book, which edition, which class or board if relevant — and verify that everything is correct before we move ahead. If something looks off, we call or WhatsApp you first. We'd rather sort it out before packing than after.
Step 2 — We pick and pack carefully
Books are not like clothes or electronics. A dented corner, a crushed spine, loose pages — these things matter, especially when a student is about to use that book for an entire academic year. Every book at KitabKopy is packed with proper protection. We use bubble wrap and rigid packaging for orders that contain books that can easily get damaged in transit.
This part is done by our own team, in-house. No outsourcing, no careless handling.
Step 3 — We hand it to our courier partner
We work with reliable courier partners who cover pan-India delivery. Once the parcel is handed over, you get a tracking number. You can check exactly where your order is at any point — whether it's still in UP or already in transit to your city.
Step 4 — It reaches you
Delivery times vary depending on where you are. For most cities and towns across India, orders reach within 4 to 7 working days. For very remote areas, it can sometimes take a couple of days more. We don't promise unrealistic timelines — we'd rather be honest and deliver on time than overpromise and disappoint.
What about Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we offer COD — because we know that a lot of Indian families, especially in smaller towns, still prefer to pay when the book is in their hands. We get it. Online payments are not always comfortable for everyone, and trust takes time to build.
If you order on COD, the process is the same. Your book is packed and dispatched just like any prepaid order. The only difference is you pay when it arrives.
One small request though — if you've placed a COD order, please be available to receive it. Our courier partners make a limited number of attempts at delivery. If the order returns to us, it creates extra cost and delay for both sides. If you know you're going to be travelling or unavailable, just let us know in advance and we'll hold the order.
Do we deliver everywhere in India?
Almost everywhere, yes.
We deliver to metros like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata. We also deliver to tier-2 cities like Lucknow, Patna, Jaipur, Bhopal, and Nagpur. And we deliver to smaller towns and districts too — including most areas across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, and beyond.

There are a handful of very remote or restricted areas where courier services don't reach — but these are rare exceptions. For the vast majority of locations across India, we deliver without any issue.
What if the book arrives damaged?
We take packaging seriously, but couriers are not always gentle. If your book arrives with damage — torn pages, water damage from rain, bent covers — take a photo of it immediately and send it to us on WhatsApp or email.
We will replace it. No lengthy back-and-forth, no complicated return process. A damaged book is our responsibility. We'll sort it.
The same goes for wrong deliveries. If you ordered Class 10 RS Aggarwal and received something else, message us. We'll fix it.
Bulk orders — for coaching institutes and schools
We also handle bulk orders for coaching institutes, private schools, and tuition centres across India. If you need 20, 50, or 100 copies of the same book — or a combined set of books for a batch of students — we can put that together for you.
Bulk orders are planned and packed separately, and we coordinate the delivery timeline with you directly so there are no surprises.
