Shipping, Delivery & Cancellation Policy

This policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service. By placing an order on KitabKopy.com, you agree to the terms below.

The ₹50 COD convenience fee is non-refundable even if the order is refused at delivery. It covers logistics handling and fraud prevention costs.

COD is available only for order values between ₹199 and ₹999.
Orders above ₹1,000 must be paid via prepaid payment methods.
COD may be restricted for certain pin codes or product categories at our discretion.

Customers may opt to pay 30% of the order value in advance, with the balance due at delivery.
The 30% advance payment is non-refundable if the order is refused at the time of delivery.
If the product is unavailable, the advance payment will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Remote or non-serviceable pin codes may require additional time, or the order may be cancelled with a full refund.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by public holidays, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp and email once your order is dispatched.

All orders are insured during transit. If you receive a damaged or lost shipment:

Notify us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date.
Provide photo and video evidence (an unboxing video is strongly recommended).
We will arrange a replacement or refund after investigation, at no cost to you.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
The ₹50 COD convenience fee and any non-refundable advance payments will not be included in the refund.
